Request for Quote – Grant Writing Services - June 20, 2024
Chugachmiut requests quotes from grant writers to develop and write a preliminary grant proposal for the National Science Foundation (NSF) Regional Innovation Engines program (Opportunity Number 24-565). Chugachmiut will accept and review quotes from grant writers with significant previous experience developing competitive proposals for renewable energy projects and give priority preference to responses that indicate prior experience working in rural Alaska, prior work with Alaska Native/ American Indian tribes and tribal organizations, and significant professional experience and education credentials regarding marine energy and saltwater desalination systems.
The preliminary proposal is to develop a regional innovation engine in Southcentral Alaska to research, implement, and promote marine energy generation and saltwater desalination. To accomplish this goal, Chugachmiut will conduct a marine energy feasibility study and environmental assessment and develop a comprehensive strategic plan to support the implementation of the regional innovation engine.
We invite individuals to submit proposals for consideration by 5 p.m. AKST on Friday, June 28, 2024.
