Chugachmiut will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023, in observance of Labor Day. Jan Vanderpool, Executive Director, has granted the early closure of Chugachmiut offices and clinics at 3:30 pm for Regularly Scheduled Staff, and 4:30 pm for Flex Scheduled Staff on Friday, September 1, 2023. Clinical staff and VPSOs, please continue to follow on-call emergency procedures during the early closure and holiday. Have a happy and safe holiday.
We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

Our vision is to revitalize the traditional Chugach Native culture and language. The goal is to make Sugpiaq/ Eyak history and heritage a part of the regular school curriculum with support and direction from our Elders’ traditional ecological knowledge (TEK).
