Human Resources Technician – Anchorage

Summary:

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the HR Technician provides administrative and technical support to the organization in all phases of Human Resources and Systems Management assuring continuity and compliance with organization policies and procedures. 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, AA Degree preferred
  • 4 years’ experience providing technical administration support.
  • Computer Skills to include word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, & HRIS

Hours of Work:

Chugachmiut offers a smoke, drug, and alcohol free work environment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour and 15 minute lunch, 37.5 hours per week. Travel by small aircraft to remote locations may be required.
